Same story as everyone else. Cant log on and download new and past issues. Support is absolutely worthless and a waste of time. Support asks for documentation that you have a subscription and then tells you theres nothing they can do. How hard can this be? It certainly isnt national security.

Ive been an Autoweek subscriber for over 25 years. When it entered the digital age with its app, I gladly made the move. Sadly, Pixel Apps was a poor execution that crashed often. Now that Autoweek has moved over to Zino for its back end the app is much better. Yet, like the older app, restoring your iTunes purchase doesnt work well. It constantly "forgets" your login and rarely restores your purchase on the first, second, third, or many times. Its a long painful process to get your years of archives back in your library. What I thought was an easy choice to use my iTunes account instead of creating an account and entering my credit card has become a reoccurring nightmare. Sad, sad, sad.

I moved to the digital Autoweek when it first became available. Despite some early issues which were fixed quickly by tech support I have been very happy with the app overall. It is great to get the new edition and be able to skim through and then quickly go back to an article that I want to read. I can also go back to previous issues and re-read articles that I want to check out again. Like the coverage of all the racing that occurred in the past few weeks. I do sometimes wish the reviewers of the new cars would be more critical when they find faults. To me telling a manufacturer what is wrong helps them to address problems up front and not years later when the replace the older models.

Please fix this problem. I paid for the magazine, I should be able to read it.

Had Problems with downloading issue, now trying to squeeze an anticipated hour with tech support into my busy schedule, these people are very inconsiderate of others precious time. Can we charge them for this? I paid for it!

Why can I download one issue but not another - even after deleting the downloaded issue? Highly frustrating

Ive been a happy subscriber for probably 20 years. Its nice having a paper-free app now to view one of my favorite magazines. The app has been trouble free.

Latest version does nothing but crash on my iPad 2.

If you already have a print subscription and want to transfer to a digital read, you will find that the app refuses to cooperate. No one will want to pay twice just for the convenience of being able to read an edition while traveling! RT

How is it that all the news magazines work fine but car magazines can never get their act together enough to recognize the user has an active membership? I am so tired of online magazines that cant manage a database of users. It finally worked for a couple off this and stopped. Dont waste your time.

I can no longer see new issues. 100% useless! Update: still wont recognize my paid subscription. Remains useless!

The only reason I downloaded this app was to use it to read the electronic version of the magazine instead of lugging around magazines. I travel a TON around North America & every bit of space & weight counts in my briefcase. I have been a subscriber for almost 10 years, so Im not just a newbie complaining. You need to take your head out of the ground & join the 21st century!

dont like the electronic version, want to cancel subscription after using auto renew - has some how hijacked the way manage subscriptions works and cant cancel auto renew. Called iTunes and they couldnt either until after it renews.

Im a print subscriber that would like to access a digital copy. Ridiculous that you cant do this.

I have enjoyed the mag and app while it worked. However, I can no longer get access to my paid subscription. After 3 issues the app no longer works. Tried reinstalling and it didnt work. Email pixel mag so far without response in 48 hours

Its bad enough that as a print subscriber, I have to pay the full price for the electronic version as well. But now my electronic subscription has stopped working and cant be restored. And no response from customer service. I only received a few of my issues and there is no way to get a refund for the rest. Stay clear until they fix the problems.
